Billie spent 22 years in the U.S. Navy: systems thinking, discipline, and high-stakes calls made under real pressure. Today he builds AI software with a security-first mindset and a simple standard: the tools have to actually work, and they have to be genuinely right for the person using them.
Sempova grew out of one clear problem he kept seeing local businesses face: good customers reaching out and getting no reply, or a reply too late to matter. So he built a service to fix it: AI that answers, qualifies, and never clocks out.
He’s bilingual in English and Portuguese, works one-on-one with the businesses he takes on, and would rather tell you the truth about what AI can and can’t do than sell you something that doesn’t fit.
